At first I was wondering if it was just stock videos... And then I understood. I admit I laugned a bit :) Simple but efficient.

(I'd recommend you crop down a bit on the static part, at some point I thought it was going to be a still image)

Really well produced!

I didn't expect so much for a pixel art movie, the amount of details is just perfect :)
The voices sound a bit off at some times, but otherwise it sounds really natural

The only problem I see is the story - even though kind of interesting, it isn't anything really new. I suggest you try making the action a bit more original, it would make it perfect :) Now, I understand you can't completely change the story now that it's started, but you have some opportunity to make something more creative (some idea that you would install over episodes, or if you start a whole new series, etc.), it would be even more interesting to watch :)
But other than this, everything seems fine ^^

Looks really cool! I like the parchment style, it helps creating an "old legend"-ish ambiance :D

When I first saw it was 12 minutes long, I didn't expect to stay the whole movie long. Shame on me! This movie is just perfect in my opinion :D The art is amazing and help making the movie look more realist :) (Is it made from pictures or completely made from scratch? If it's the second case.. :o) The main idea hooked my attention super easily and kept me interested the whole time :D
